In an interview, one person (interviewer) asks questions and the other person (interviewee) answers them.
The main purpose of an interview is to know about a person’s knowledge, skills, personality, confidence, and communication ability. It helps the interviewer to decide whether the candidate is suitable for a particular job or position.
Types of interview:
1.job interview:
In a job interview, the interviewer asks questions about the candidate’s education, skills, experience, and personality. The main purpose is to check whether the candidate is fit for the job.
2.information interview:
In this interview, a student or job seeker asks about work experience, skills required, challenges, and career opportunities.Information interviews help a person make better career decision
